What we collect

Account & sign-in. If you sign in (for example with Google or email), our authentication provider processes your identity. We store what is needed to run your account — such as a stable user id and, where available, your email address.

Email. We use your email only in connection with your account: sign-in, security, essential service messages, and (if you purchase moons) payment-related communication handled by our payment provider. We do not sell your email or use it for unrelated marketing unless you separately opt in where the law requires it.

Usage & content. Prompts and generated outputs you request are processed to provide the service. Technical logs may be kept for security and reliability.

Processors

We use trusted providers for authentication, hosting, payments, and AI/video infrastructure. They process data only as needed to deliver those functions.

Retention

We keep information as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, or fraud prevention purposes, then delete or anonymise it where possible.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
